United KingdomLocation itself was just like other places in Punta Cana hotels area. But whole vibe like green grass, palm trees, villas directly if front of the beach was amazing.
We loved the beach area, it was clean, well maintained and secured by security guards so no other than guest from Beach village could use it.
Whole garden is really chilled and beautiful.

You may go to Punta Cana for the nice weather, may be staying at a high end resort, not very impressed with the two beaches I visited (may be a private beach within a resort would be better). Very noisy town due to motorcycles . I was staying in the Bavaro area which is considered a safe area but I definitely do not recommend to walk the street, Every taxi, motorcycle and the motor tricycle would blow its horn to solicit for business, I even had one stalking me all the way and I did not understand what he wanted. Had to call for Uber even for a short distance travel, not a safe place to walk around.

If you like the beach come.
If you like the beach come. The only place I found to walk was along the beach and the resort security guards would make sure you did not walk near any of their lounge chairs. I needed to stay near the water. There were lots of expensive activities to do.

You arrive at their airport and then go straight to your all...
You arrive at their airport and then go straight to your all inclusive. We never left the resort which is a 45 minute drive from the airport. Punta Cana is a strip of highly guarded hotels among poverty. It was too hot to golf so bring a good book or two.

I went to stay in Punta Cana for about one week, three nights in two different resorts. I honestly did not see a lot from the region at all because I did not leave the resorts, I mainly went there to relax in the sun by the pool and read a book. In both resorts the staff was working efficient and friendly, there was good food and enjoyable entertainment.

Places to eat: I ate all my meals at the all inclusive hotel.
Travel: Getting around Punta Cana was easy as the hotel had a shuttle to the local bazar. Road was good.
Fun Activity as a solo traveler: Beside the Dolphin Island I didn't take any other excursion. I used the time to read, write and reflect. This hotel was quiet so it worked for me.

Beaches are absolutely amazing, the ocean is warm, the water is super clean and crystal clear! We did have some bad luck with hurricane melissa passing by and with that a couple of rainy/cloudy days. Otherwise its a fantastic place to spend your vacation!!

Nothing positive to say. I run the world on 5 continents since years. First time ever i have to leave an hotel where i am in vacations because of its mediocrity. I left the hotel after 2 nights; I lost money (my stay was prepaid) but at the end, it was better to escape that place. You only can find better in Punta cana

We booked 5 different hotels in punta cana on different sides to see the various areas.. this was one of the most beautiful properties we stayed in in Punta Cana. The lunch and breakfast buffet were delicious and i loved how hygienic it was with staff serving behind sneeze guards.
