BelgiumThe staff is really friendly: they do remind me on a couple of grandparents who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. After traveling 3 weeks through Ecuador this place has by far the nicest rooms we have seen. They are spacious, new and very nice decorated providing all facilities you need.
The owner of the hotel provided dinner in the evening which was really good at a very fair price. Communication was a bit hard because they don't speak English very well, but the owners are very open and willing to help.

They had everything you would need at the hostel. It was a great place to meet other travelers. The food was quite tasty. But our favourite part of our stay was the Turkish bath and sauna that were available every evening. And we had a great horseback ride to the cloud forest with Umberto.

The shower had hot water and we also had a fire oven and a electrical heater in the room which saved our live.
