I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. The location is superb, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything you might need. The property itself is stunning – well-maintained, stylish, and with a truly charming atmosphere.
The rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, with hot water and excellent water pressure – a small but important detail that made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming.
What really stood out was the amazing staff – incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. The management deserves special praise for running such a well-organized and guest-focused property.
In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

SlovakiaReally nice boutique hotel in the city center of Quito. We had a room with view and it was really amazing at the morning/evening. Rooms were not so big, but very clean. Atmosphere in the hotel was like we stay at home, also other guest were really friendly. The main square was 5 minute walk from hotel, and small shops and restaurants like 50 meter from it. Hernan and Gloria were really nice and ready to help you with everything. Breakfast was freshly prepared each day and were delicious, also they have an vegeterian option. Hernan offer us a free city tour and it was really fun with him, he knows quite a lot about churches. Also he helped us to buy local sim cards and share the tips to travell around Ecuador.

Quito is a vibrant, active and accessible city. It is well maintained and has an excellent public transportation system. There is plenty to see and do in the Centro Historico as well as the more modern areas near the parks farther north. Take a chance on a 3 course 3 dollar lunch that can be found all over.

Quito is a beautiful city beyond the historic center. It is also a friendly and safe city even for a woman traveling by herself.
Some of my favorite spots were Centro Histórico, Panecillo, Parque Carolina, Casa Museo Guayasamin and the Capilla del Hombre. Below are some photos of the Capilla del Hombre which shows Guayasamin's works.
The metro and affordable taxis and Ubers make it easy and safe to explore the city.
Viator and Get Your Guide provide some fun activities for solo travelers. I recommend the following day tours: Quilotoa, Otovalo, and Cotopaxi.

Stepping into the historic district of Quito is like walking into a living, breathing work of art. The narrow streets are alive with energy, and the sidewalks are a bustling stage for a constant parade of people. Every corner reveals breathtaking architecture and a symphony of sights and sounds, from the buzzing taxis to the high-quality live music🎶
Small cafeterias offer incredible meals, and the Desayuno Completo - Complete Breakfast is a true feast. It's easy to find fresh fruits, vegetables, and rich Ecuadorian chocolate. Around every corner, you'll find unique arts and crafts, and if you're lucky, a random pop-up parade will add to the magic. "Vibrant" doesn't even begin to cover it—Quito's historic district is a sensory explosion that you have to experience to believe.

Staff was always there to assist with luggage, questions, and arranging transportation. Buffet breakfast was fresh, delicious, well prepared and displayed. Room was clean and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel while visiting Quito.

Take time to acclimate due to the elevation. There is a lot of up hill walking in the historic district. You can take the bus as there is good public transport. Also, Quito town is higher than the airport. Airport is very modern and well laid out.

This is a family run hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Needed google translate at times as my Spanish is not that great and not all of the staff spoke English. But we had no problems at all. Breakfast was great and they were quite flexible with our timings. The art work and decor in the hotel was really wonderful and Ecuadorian. We left bags here while we traveled out of Quito and there was no problems with securing them again. Yes I would recommend this hotel. The Jacuzzi in our bathroom was an added bonus.

The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling.
At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!

I booked over 150 different hotels on Booking.com so far. This one is in my top 3. I stayed here twice for a total of 8 days. The hotel and rooms are decorated with taste. The rooftop breakfast and lounge area offers a superb view of the city. But there is more, much more: the staff. Yale at the reception will make you feel at home and help you with anything from taxis to private and group tours. Just a hint: people in Ecuador are the nicest in the world, and the staff at this hotel is the nicest in Ecuador.

Seriously amazing, the rooms where brilliant, beds comfortable, location is brilliant, and the service is next level, Quito is not necesarrily a safe space, but this hotel made me feel safe and secure. The extra touchs made all the difference.

Hotel is high class and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! Definitely will stay here again when in Quito. The location is close to a park and a botanical garden. Parking is good and safe.
