SerbiaLovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was great, clean, nicely equipped and tidied up daily. The staff is kind and the service is great! They offer a lovely breakfast if you need it, but there are also wonderful places in the vicinity to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

SwitzerlandIt was an amazing experience. The hotel’s location, right next to the Guggenheim Museum, is perfect. The ambiance is delightful, with beautiful decor and a lot of Mariscal’s works - I especially loved all the art. The breakfast overlooking the Guggenheim is truly unforgettable. The reception staff was fantastic, offering great tips for exploring Bilbao and San Sebastián. When I asked for help reserving tickets for the museum the next day, they went above and beyond by simply providing me with one. I absolutely loved my stay!

People where so nice.I had a mini break away from Bilbao & when I returned it was like 'going home' when I returned.

Bilbao is amazing the range of shops, bars, cafes and things to do was amazing - the scenery was spectacular we travelled as they were setting up the christmas lights and markets we will definitely go back next time for the Christmas Markets

There is a lot to do and a lot to see beside the Guggenheim museum.The people of Bilbao are friendly and helpful and the town is very clean, lots of green spaces and fine buildings.

Definitely worth a visit!
Definitely worth a visit! Lovely, humble people but be aware that nothing is open on Saturdays and Sundays and nobody speaks English. Wrong information given in the Tourist Office which made us waste 3 hours!

The Sercotel Arenal Bilbao is a wonderful property. It's located in Old Town & near many of Bilbao's attractions, including the Guggenheim Museum, Central Mercado, restaurants, shops & bars. The hotel is located across the street from the River & a lovely park that happened to be hosting the annual Bilbao Blues Festival, which was a huge bonus, as the music was incredible. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the view of the old town. I was a walking distance to bars and restaurants. The employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. If next time in Bilbao I will consider making reservation reservation again in Hotel Bilbi.
