Our visit to Bolonia was only the first of many more to come. We enjoyed every minute of our relaxing getaway. Everything is reachable on foot. Park your car and forget it. The atmosphere is laid back. Just what we needed. The food was excellent at all the places we tried (Las Rejas, Otero, Albero). There were a few horses wandering the beach as well as cattle coming in to cool off by the sea. Dogs are allowed at this beach. Lots of kite surfers on windy days. Do not miss a visit to the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia. Although only 30% has been excavated, there is much to see and the museum is very informative regarding the process of making garum. I highly recommend a visit to Bolonia.

This place is like a slice of heaven. The most relaxing, warm and welcoming hotel. The staff are amazing, thank you to Safi, Antonio, José etc for making it the best week it could have been. I could have cried having to leave.

Very close to the Bolonia Beach, on the other side of the street. You can park your car on Beach parking.
