They gave us many interesting informations to explore San Sebastian and the surroundings, which we actually loved. Very efficient and friendly staff at the bar/restaurant. Relaxed while cosy atmosphere created by the interior design. Large, super clean and comfortable room. Soundproof windows protecting from traffic noise. The city center is a few minutes away and very easy to reach by car. Extraordinary good value for money.

If you stay for a few days and want to explore the area and...
If you stay for a few days and want to explore the area and get involved with the local culture then this is the hotel for you.
If you are just passing through and require an early and quiet evening then this probably isn't the place for you as you are above admittedly an excellent restaurant but unfortunately a little too noisy. Great location though with plenty of parking.

Bed was very comfy! The room was super clean. Also the staff were lovely.
Bonus was that we were able to park our rental car at the front of the hotel for two nights.
Unfortunately we wrapped some wet swimming shorts in a towel and the cleaner accidentally took this :( we weren’t able to get them back but the hotel staff were trying to be helpful and were apologetic nonetheless.
The fridge was appreciated and the hot chocolates from the machine downstairs are delicious.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The check-in experience was easy and straightforward. The mattress and pillow were really comfortable and of good quality.
The hotel is next to an industrial area but it has a really nice restaurant where you can have a good lunch or dinner.
They provide complimentary breakfast in the room because they don't open the restaurant for the breakfast time.
One of the waitress gave us free juice for breakfast which was very nice.

It was great place for me for overnight stay as I was traveling from UK to Portugal. Hotel is small but with very friendly staff and great location just 2 minutes away from motorway. There is a big supermarket across a road.
