DenmarkEverything was just perfect: The helpful guidance from first moment, the delicious local gifts waiting on the bed with a pretty card, the fabulous view from my room to the chapel and sunset, the great location right next to the path that leads to the stone alignments, so convenient. The location was sensational for its view all around: To the sunrise in the morning and down to the coast. It was a huge surprise that the restaurant served such gourmet food, and again beautiful view. Lovey pool area. Close to the old city centre and museum. This is one of my best hotel experiences ever, and I was really sad to leave. Hope to be back!

Carnac town has some very good places to eat. we ate some truely stunning food there.
from our hotel we could walk everywhere, the countryside and landscape was beautiful.

Carnac is a very pleasant beach resort with good restaurants and the wonderful pre-historic 3000 stones of Carnac.
Surrounded by 6 or 7 white sand beaches and lots of coastal and country paths for walks. Vannes is only 40 mins away and definitely worth a trip to see.

Carnac town was quaint and worth a short walk. Plenty of choices of restaurants.
Very good value for money in the town itself.
The plage area was very easy to walk around.
Crepes at Crepes a La plage were delicious and I am not sure why previous reviews were so low.

A fascinating region and Carnac is an excellent place to explore it from. The local alignment of historic stones is a must, but also exploring further afield to places like Auray and Quiberon is very rewarding.

Carnac has a lovely little town centre with nice restaurants, coffee shops etc. There's another area closer to the beach with more restaurants for the beach going holiday types, fish & chips / family restaurants etc.
The standing stones of Carnac are well worth a visit. You could spend a few hours walking from one set to the next. The countryside is beautiful also so you wont be disappointed.
The grand plage beach is very busy, it has a nice promenade and its close to all those restaurants i mentioned. There's a quieter beach to the west if that's what you're looking for.

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the vast selection of historical sites and the beaches around the area. We stayed outside of the centre of town near St Colomban beach but visited to shop for souvenirs and to have a meal. Parking was easy and plentiful.

The house was super, enough room for 2 people 😎 all rooms and bathrooms were super clean, nicely equipped kitchen. We did meet the owner upon arriva and heard that is was his mums house.. the location is good for going to the beach, start bike trips or walk to the village for a dinner or lunch.. the house is located 2 streets from the beach, around the corner from the Boulanger. Really great hotel in heart of Carnac with parking close-by and a great little bistrot....very pleasant t and accommodating staff and very good value for money..Free shuttle bus to beach and back!

The property was on a fabulous location, right on the beach in Carnac. Our room had beautiful views and was very clean and comfortable.
