    We stayed in Old Town, Nice, a great location which allowed us to walk through the Old Town shops and restaurants, walk to the different attractions in the area, and either enjoy the beach or walk along the promenade. There were so many restaurants in Old Town that you would never run out of options. Castle Hill, the pedestrian promenade along the sea, the Opera, and the pop up shops to Old Town were all highlights. We took day tours to Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez and the surrounding area. We also did walking tours of Old Town and Castle Hill. All the tours were great and the meeting points were all walking distance if you stay in Old Town. For places beyond Old Town such as the various Art Museums we took Uber which was very convenient. Overall, Nice is a great hub for exploring the French Rivera!

    Very relaxed & unpretentious destination compared to Monte Carlo. Very convenient location for train connectivity to other towns or city. However, need to take precautions on small female group of young girls who are professional pickpockets who pretend to extend services bur prey on unsuspecting tourists especially in crowded elevators at Nice train station.

    Beautiful city. Rocky beaches.

    Beautiful city. Rocky beaches. Awesome beach clubs (we did Castel Plage). Delicious food. More cafes than you can shake a stick at! Went in mid-July and the weather was just absolutely perfect! Blue sky and azure waters. No rain except one small drizzle. Walked beaucoup, took the tram, Ubers, and the ZOU! regional train. Visited Monaco, Cannes, and the nearby mountaintop medieval village of Eze. Stayed 8 full days and loved every minute of it. So relaxing. It's busy in Vieux Nice, but not overwhelmingly packed or crowded like Venice. Would go back in a heartbeat!

    Loved it here!

    Loved it here! Friendly people, great weather, lots to explore, and great shopping options. Older city so beware there’s lots of narrow streets, steps and rocky beaches but it just added to the city’s charm in my opinion.

    Great city that is central to the beautiful French Riviera. Cultural history. Easy travel options. Great food and drink. We loved it. We extended our plans to go to Eze, Monaco, Monte Carlo, and Antibes but we could have easily continued to more local destinations. We started our stay with a Kickoff Tour by WithLocals that helped us make the most of the area. Would definitely consider shoulder season travel.

    Delighted to be back in Nice, which has grown and developed so much since we were last here. Delightful to sit at the promenade des Anglais watching the parachutists in the sunshine. Highlight: our visit to the Musée Marc Chagall.

    This is a great little hotel on a quiet street a short walk from the sea front, tram and train stations and city centre. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful, providing some great 'insider' tips for our day trip to Monaco. The room was a good size compared to other comparable hotels we have stayed in in France, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Would highly recommend to other travellers to Nice.

    Very clean, comfortable, standard room. Close to the train station (2 min walk) for easy access to other places in south of France (Monaco, Cannes etc). About 15min walk down to beach and 20min walk to old town Nice - all very accessible. Trams were very easy to use + receptionist was very helpful with recommendations.

    The hotel is located near to Nice beach, just a few metres away and it is one the best location as it is very near to beach and market. The rooms are very beautiful. All amenities are 5 star. They also have water fountains for free water supply on all floors. Loved my stay and loved the hospitality and facilities.
