The castle is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes), the lake is right in front of the hotel, there is a mini market right next to the hotel and there are several restaurants within walking distance, if you don't want to eat at the hotel's own restaurant.
Great rooms, clean, with all you may need in terms of amenities. I plan on going back to Pierrefonds and staying at this hotel again!

United StatesWe had a very comfortable stay in this modern apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped with coffee, cleaning products, etc. It was an easy walk to the Chateau Pierrefonds, the lake and eateries. Take out pizza a few steps away. There is a gated parking lot for the building. Entry was easy using instructions sent by the host.

We visited Pierrefonds because my daughters loved the show...
We visited Pierrefonds because my daughters loved the show Merlin, but found the castle to be so much more than just the set of a TV show. I had read blogs and watch videos about others visiting the castle which mentioned that the town was not much of anything, but we found in to be charming. We would have eaten dinner in the town the night before we visited the castle instead of just grabbing something on the way, but because of the negative feedback I didn't know about the nice looking restaurants on the banks of a small lake.

Pierrefonds is a very cool castle.
Pierrefonds is a very cool castle. We went because my daughter watched the show Merlin and wanted to see it but we all really enjoyed it. The town is also very charming and it worth spending some time in.

Beautifully renovated town house situated next to the castle of Pierrefonds in a quiet street. Three floors, all for us! We loved the tasteful decoration, large space and extra comfort. The proximity to the castle was a special plus for us who came to dance there in 19th century costumes. The owner is very friendly and lives next-door, so picking up the keys with her was very easy. We recommend this property and are looking forward to coming back there!

Apartment provides all the amenities you will need for a long and pleasant stay.
Located in the center of the Pierrefonds, close to the town square and all shops.
Apartment is just in 100 meters from Château de Pierrefonds (the pendragon castle).
Free parking in front of the house, in the street. Parking also provided at the back of the house.
We had a great stay here. Thanks! :-)
