Very beautiful historic building in the heart of gorgeous Sanlis. Everything is close by.
As you walk through the house you can't believe you are so lucky to be living here. It is 200% immersion in the atmosphere of postcard France and the town you are in.
Very friendly and lovely Emma. The service is excellent!
Very comfortable rooms. We were in a standard room. Wonderfully comfortable bed with a great mattress and two types of pillows. The room is thoughtfully designed and furnished with unique taste.
The breakfast is very tasty and authentic.
By the way, I can't confirm the previous review about this place being hard to find. Google maps lead just to the gate with the sign. It is impossible to miss!
My only reason concern is whether I will be able to get here again :) I'm sure this place is fully booked up for almost all dates. They should be!
Extremely recommended if you're lucky enough to see this place available for your dates.

The historic center of Senslis is amazing.
The historic center of Senslis is amazing. It can (and has) been used as a movie set for many historical feature films. Tuesday morning the farmers market occupied most of the streets, complementing the many specialty stores selling fromages, charcuteries, and fruits/vegetables.
It is not touristic at all, no souvenir shops or postcard stands ... just offers a walk back in history - a true gem.

Senlis is a nice small relaxing town to visit.
Senlis is a nice small relaxing town to visit. Near Chantilly and only about 30 minutes from CDG especially if driving and are not planning on going into Paris. we were there over Sunday and Monday so a lot of restaurants are closed. Recommend Chez Nous and Porte Bellon (very nice and open Monday)

The lodging was clean. The staff was very friendly and were especially helpful with directions.
I spent a day in the town of Senlis exploring the ancient streets and enjoying a nice meal.
Senlis is very close to Chateau Chantilly.

We always end our trips to France with Senlis. The Chinese restaurant (le Nouvel Iris d'Or) there is delicious, and the Cathedral fascinating. We love that they have kept the cobblestone streets in the historic center.

We stayed one night on a cycling holiday, very comfortable. Wish there had been a kettle. The staff were outstanding, helping us to lock our bikes away safely and opening up again when my husband left a bit of kit behind. They really went out of their way. Please do pass on our thanks.
20 minute walk into Senlis. Were lucky enough to catch the market and bought an incredible picnic.

A beautiful, medieval city, of which we only scratched the surface. Certainly worth talking a full walking tour around the city...it is simply breathtaking with ancient architecture and fabulous cobbled streets.
We ate at a lovely restaurant in the evening, with great food and wine and a buzzing atmosphere...would return to Senlis!

Superb manoir set in an estate with lovely hosts and easy walking access to Senlis. The room was huge, decorated in period style. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom roomy and the water hot! The breakfast was lovely. Sebastien was a delight, as was his girlfriend.
The estate was huge, with a lovely wild meadow surrounded by a wonderful forest walk. I's stay again in a heartbeat!

Very good position. Though tiny, the appartment offers really everything you could need. The process of checking-in is also smooth. After some 5 chances to stay in Senlis previously, this is simply the best choice.
