We accepted the breakfast offer; the pancakes were such a treat ! We thought the location on the edge of the old town and adjacent to parking was ideal.

United KingdomThe hotel is perfectly situated for a stop while driving through to southern France. It’s basic but clean and comfortable. What made it great is the staff. We stayed twice (once in each direction) and both times they were so very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful when we left something behind and had to have it sent back via UPS. We will certainly stay there next time our travels take us that way.

The room was quite spacious and we enjoyed having coffee in the the lobby. Very comfy beds and very comfy pillows - we even bought some to take home with us. This was our second stay here within 10 days and it sure won't be the last!

An extraordinary town overflowing with mediaeval buildings so very picturesque. Many bars and restaurants. A fabulous Musee d'Art Moderne, unexpectedly good! Cite of Stained Glass, housed in a beautiful building was also very enjoyable. All in close proximity to the amazing cathedral.

Lots of historical buildings, there’s a walking tour that’s well signed. A blend of old and modern. Small enough to walk in a day, there is a free bus that you can get on to take you round. Plenty of choices of places to eat & drink.

Troyes is a beautiful example of a town packed full of half-timbered medieval houses everywhere you look. And so many churches and a beautiful cathedral.
It's well worth a visit and specifically look out for the stained glass windows and we would recommend a visit to the Cite du Vitrail which is a fabulous museum about stained glass and apothecaries.
Some nice restaurants too.

Good location, within a short walk of the old centre of the city. Modern hotel with good sized rooms, especially the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Safe, underground parking is available as is on-site electric vehicle charging at a reasonable cost.
The one downside for us was that carpet in our room was stained in places, and in need of replacement

Large choice of restaurants / worth exploring the quieter streets for less busy options.

Fantastic old city. Amazing old buildings to visit. Lots of quirky independent shops. Great restaurants and bars at a range of price points, from large outdoor bistro dining to small intimate courtyard establishments. Definitely worth a re-visit.

The location is excellent. It is in the old part of town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a really good bakery a couple of doors away where you can get your breakfast croissants. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. There are cooking facilities, coffee, a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The proprietor was very warm, friendly and helpful. Probably the best value stay in our 7 weeks in France.

Great communication from owner, very easy check in and check out, apartment was immaculate with everything you need. It’s in a fantastic location to explore Troyes with a carrefour just along the street so handy for any shopping. Parking was really easy to find nearby and very cheap. We would have loved to stay longer but it was just an overnighter for onward travel elsewhere in France.
