San MarinoThe Maldron Hotell meets my concept of a modern 4 stars hotel. The room was big enough to be able to keep you luggage without blocking your movements. The bathroom had a modern shower with hot water immediately available. The strongbox was easy to use. There were enough electric plugs to charge my devices and it was possible to turn off all the lights from the buttons next to the bed. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable and it was a pleasure sleeping in it.
My room was on a secondary road, so I didn't have all the traffic under it (even if it was just a few meters aways), but it was silent and I could sleep properly all night.

Glasgow is a beautiful city made all the better by the friendly helpful people. If visiting Glasgow look up the buildings are stunning. unfortunately we could not control the weather which was very wet. Subway allows you to get round the city quickly and easily. We visited the car museum on Clydeside worth a visit.

Walking around Glasgow felt safe, even at night, didn't try any public transit but the Underground seemed reasonable. Good food was easy to find, I enjoyed The Iron Duke for lunch one day and Ardnamurchan was excellent for a fancier dinner. Lots of fun little bars (The Last Bookstore was a favorite) and pubs to be had. Visited the Cathedral complex and the Necropolis, both incredible. I wish I'd had more time to explore some of the greenspace in the city.

The people were incredibly friendly and always willing to help whenever my friends and I got lost—there was always someone ready to point us in the right direction. We took the sightseeing tour bus, which ended up being the highlight of our stay in Glasgow. From the exceptionally hospitable bus driver to the wonderful places we visited, the entire experience made our time in Glasgow truly memorable.

Good value for money. Good position. I managed to take easily busses or trains to go to the city centre or to hike on the hills close to Glasgow. The room was big and comfortable. I had everything that I needed and I had my keys to go in and out from the hotel at anytime I wanted. It felt like having a little apartment by myself apart not having the kitchen.

In Glasgow to see a band and a little sight seeing. Impressive looking hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The location was spot on for the city centre and the airport bus stopped literally around the corner.
Had a quick workout in the gym, compact but had a lot of options.
Tried the on-site restaurant North, tasty food and good atmosphere.

It was so easy to get from the airport with the bus stop almost outside of the hotel door and the same way back 77 bus.
