It was very clean the room and bed were comfortable and it was very quiet and despite being exceedingly busy the staff had time for everyone and managed to keep the very good breakfast buffet stocked up . Parking very easy and somewhere for the dogs to walk .cost for two dogs was 15 pounds not a rip off like other hotels.

I had lunch and breakfast there and the food was very good. All the staff from the cleaners to the front desk were friendly with very good customer service skills.

The room was very comfy, small but very nicely decorated and above all, very very clean(me and my wife work in hospitality and is unavoidable for us notice if something is wrong, but in this case everything was tidy and clean.)
We enjoyed a lot even if it was only one night. Definately recomendable for the money. Great value, great place.

The property falsely advertised a squash court, karaoke...
The property falsely advertised a squash court, karaoke machine and beach. The property owners have also not returned the £200 security deposit. They refused to answer emails regarding this. I have photos showing property when we arrived and left to show it was left as found.
I see this has happened to other people booking to stay with them. DO NOT BOOK WITH COZY PADS UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO LOSE £200. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Preston is a great hub for exploring this part of the north west. Well-connected by train - and by bus from the iconic bus station.
And a great place to come back to to eat, drink and wander around. The newly re-furbished Harris is brilliant - especially if you have children and/or are a Wallace and Gromit fan.
For urban flâneurs like us, Preston is a great place to go. There are plenty of interesting buildings, old and new, industrial history and pleasant residential areas to explore. A multicultural vibe plus a university mean there's life going on too.

I came with a group of friends for the 40s event in Lytham St Annes. The Lea Gate was a perfect location for this. We also visited Blackpool tower which was also easy to get to from the Lea Gate. Bus service excellent.

Preston is a nice and quiet town in England's north and worth a visit for its monumental buildings, like the Harris Museum and Library as well as the Market. We absolutely loved the Wallace&Gromit Statue!
The University of Central Lancashire has added to the overall modernization of the town in a very positive way.
Three Shopping Centres and the High Street offer plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from!

I lived near Preston when I was a child and went to school there. Always like visiting. The city is full of history and Avenham Park is lovely. It's a shame some of my favourite shops have closed down though.

We were welcomed on our visit by Rais who was super kind , helpful and showed us to our room straight away.
For the price , the room was great. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and we had a really lovely , chilled and quiet stay.
I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a night away in Preston.

Great little hotel which I use when due in Preston the following day. This is a budget hotel which gets all the basics right, has great staff, and a lovely breakfast. Will continue to use it when I am in the area.

Great hotel. Appears to be recently renovated and very well done. All staff superb and friendly. Breakfast really excellent. Easy walk int centre of Preston. All in all much better than expected.

I visit Preston often and I always try to book this hotel. You receive a warm welcome, rooms are clean and warm and breakfast is an added bonus! It's close to the railway station and town centre.
