GeorgiaI would definitely like to share my opinion about the hotel and recommend such a hospitable team. I have never seen so many services in any hotel. During the whole day, I could enjoy aqua aerobics, yoga, fitness aerobics, as well as a Georgian national dance masterclass with a professional dancer. And what about their food? The hotel café offered delicious meals. The food was excellent, generous portions and great prices.
When I decided to book Hotel Georgia Gold, I had no such nice expectations. But what I saw far exceeded my expectations.
I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks for making my visit that much better.

HungaryVery beautiful guest house by a lovely married couple. The room was very beautiful and clean, with an own bathroom and little kitchen + a washing machine. We parked the car in the street in front of the house it was perfect and safe. We ordered the optional breakfast it was the best decision: We sit in a cozy room with relaxing music, everything was made by the owners, it was fresh and very tasty. They produce their own wine, they invited to taste it. It was so delicious so we bought 6 bottles! I highly recommend this place and we would like to thank Marina and her husband for the great hospitability and kindess. We really enjoyed our stay here. Madloba!

Gori: A Day Trip from Tbilisi
Gori is a small and quiet town in central Georgia, with a population of around 50,000 people. It is best known as the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, and it is home to a number of Stalin-related museums and attractions.
Gori is a good enough place to visit for a day trip from Tbilisi, but there is not much to see or do otherwise. The main attractions in Gori are:
Stalin Museum: This museum is dedicated to the life and legacy of Joseph Stalin. It contains a large collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to him. The museum isn't well-organized and informative, and thus it is helpful to have a guide to explain the exhibits in more detail. There were photos of several men, but no real explanation as to who they were. We tried to find a guide who could explain things to us, but due to a language barrier, we failed at this. The ticket price is 15 GEL (6 USD) per person.
Gori Fortress: This medieval fortress is located on a hilltop overlooking the city. It offers underwhelming views of the surrounding countryside. The fortress is in ruins and didn't really feel like it was worth a climb.
Hero Memorial: It had cool giant sculptures but with no real explanation.
I also ate at Berkin Restaurant in Gori. The food was nice, but the prices were similar to Tbilisi, so it is not a budget-friendly option.
It's clear they are very new to tourists.
Overall, Gori is a worth a visit if you are interested in learning more about Joseph Stalin or Georgian history. However, there is not much else to see or do in the town, so it is best to visit as a day trip from Tbilisi.

I've been to Gori several times of the past years.
I've been to Gori several times of the past years. The cutleti is awesome and the fortress is a fun place to explore. Aside from the infamous Stalin museum, there is a interesting ethnographic museum and the war museum.

This was by far the best hotel/room we had in our trip to Georgia. Great room/apartment comes with a small kitchen, everything is brand new and works great! Nice big patio with a view of the yard. The landlord is such a great person. We will definitely come back! Location is also close from everything. Taking good memories from this place! ❤️🧡 The landlord was really accommodating and was available at all times for all our needs. Wish we had more time to spend in the beautiful town of Gori!

Big room with an enormous bed.
Absolutely amazing breakfast.

The room was moderately clean, it was nicely designed and minimalistic, but didn't look exactly as in the photos. The bedsheets are nice quality cotton. The hotel is centrally located.
