GermanyWe chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

An interesting city with many attractions, but, to my taste, just good to average. The city is walkable or accessible by public bus. The tourist attractions are average to good, and the cost is on the mid-to-high side.
Many stray dogs and dog poo on the sidewalk. Watch out when you walk, as the sidewalk is mostly uneven.

Beautiful place, very clean and really nice food( juicy Lucy especially). Is definitely value for money, although, is kind of hard to communicate most of the times because of the language.

Kutaisi is a nice city!
Kutaisi is a nice city! It is not very big, you can see the whole city in 2 days, you need an extra day to see some things outside of the city. Prometheus cave was a nice experience. Tsalqubo sanatories are really interesting and the village is very nice. Martvili canyon is in a location of wonderful nature, the canyon walking trail is pretty short. Kutaisi is easy to walk around, you do not need any transportation for the city center, but if you do not feel like walking, taxis (especially via Bolt application) are not expensive. Food is absolutely great! Wine, also!

A dilapidated dirty city.
A dilapidated dirty city. Reckless drivers and sad inhabitants. Supermarkets open till 11 pm.
But a good starting point for destinations like Martvili or Borjomi.
Travel by train, it may be the cheapest ride ever.

It’s so nice city , especially in the night with a lights and the streets were have a lot of restaurants and cafes and many gardens were nice too … and the fountain in the center of the city it was so so nice.. I liked so much .. and also the white bridge and the cable car … 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

Best experience in Georgia. Mrs Nino is nicest person You can imagine, will help you with anything and you ll het advices where to go and what you can see there. Perfect homemade breakfast,homemade wine and chacha. Comfort beds, nice wiev to whole Kutaisi, everything else you need is also there or you just ask for it. Few minutes walk from shop and centre, free parking at street. Mrs Nino husband will also give you a lift to/from airport if needed. Highly reccomend to everybody and definitely will stay again when in Georgia.

We stayed at the Grand Opera Hotel for one night before catching a flight out of Kutaisi in the early morning. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff is very efficient and helpful, they booked our transfer to the airport and prepared breakfasts to go for our departure at 4 AM. The hotel is perfectly located in the old center of Kutaisi, there is a lovely cafe below it. The terrasse on top looks like a cool place to chill. Good value for money.

We like everything.The hotel is just in the city centre.
5 min walking distance from White bridge and the cable 🚡 cable car Kutaisi,7 min from grandbazar.
The room was sparkly clean, cosy, and warm during the snowing days we stayed in Kutaisi. After long walkin in the snow outside it was very nice to relax in warm, comfortable beds.
The owner very polite and helpful.
If you need airport taxi transfer, just ask them they will arrange it.

Cozy small hotel in quite place in Kutaisi.
Very friendly staff and owner of the hotel)
In the room there were everything what I need - Internet and table, bed, shower, small fridge and kettle.
I am staying here every time when I need to meet somebody from the Kutaisi Airport or if I need to fly to another country using Kutaisi Airport.
Hotel has got private parking 🅿️.

A nice small hotel run by locals a few steps from the centre of Kutaisi with a beautiful riverside view. The hosts were amazingly helpful in everything, recommended us many things to see nearby and eventually the owner himself drove us to the airport even though we were taking off very early in the morning.
