There is a kitchen to cook whatever you want, plenty of utensils. A couple of stores close by for essentials.
Batumi only about 35 minutes away on a taxi.

Kvariati is a small, peaceful town (but still developing), with a small number of small shops and restaurants, where prices cannot be called low. The beach is with small pebbles, it would be good to have special beach shoes. The sea was not very calm and transparent when we were there.

Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi.
Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi. It is small, but has everything for a beach vacation. The apartments are clean and with amazing views (mostly uphill). In contrast with Batumi, Kvariati is way more calm and peaceful, it’s a place where you go to relax, it is in 30 min ride from Batumi, so if you do want more of the touristy places and nightlife, you still can go there by taxi (they are quite affordable, 5-6$ for a ride). It is an uphill location, so lots of walking could be hard, but taxis are affordable. Kvariati is peaceful, relaxing and the beaches are way more cleaner than in any other place and there is “Sazandari” restaurant in the beach area with amazing food, helpful staff and quick and good service, the food is 27-28$ for 2 people, quite affordable too! The people are kind and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati.
We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati. The villa was cozy, spacious, and surrounded by nature — perfect for families or groups. The sound of the nearby stream and the beautiful mountain-sea view made it a peaceful retreat.
The villa owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and generous — he truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
One thing to keep in mind: the road up to the villa is a bit steep, so having a car is strongly recommended. That said, the host was always ready to help if anything was needed.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, privacy, and warm hospitality.
