Katerina and her husband are one of the most kind and welcoming people, we felt like a home from the very start and this is a huge thing for me! Never felt such hospitality anywhere else.
Rooms have everything, two balconies with a relaxing view, ac, and the kitchen has facilities that you need for a holiday. Room service was coming everyday.
The location is perfect, 50 metres away from the beach, walking distance from big grocery shops and seaside restaurants, at night it's very calm and you don't hear noise from the bars.
The garden is very cute, with lots of nice plants and flowers
I want to say a huge thanks to the hosts for their warm welcome and amazing hospitality we'll definitely come back there again!

North MacedoniaWonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea.
The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves.
I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines.
Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless.
It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

It’s near Nikiti and the beach, but it’s also hidden near the olive’s garden, where you can fully enjoy the peace and nature in Greece. Perfect for families with little children!
Every part in the hotel facility is clean and maintained to perfection, and the breakfast is authentic with local products! Eco-friendly packages, everything was put in glass containers.
A little Greek paradise is to way to put it!
We are definitely going to book it for the next summer!

I liked the big old pine tree and the BBQ terrace. It's a cozy corner to spend an evening with a bottle of wine.
There was also an EV charger, which was one of the reason we chose Villa Sara for our stay in Nikiti

Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

Nikiti is undeniably lively, attracting large crowds throughout the day. While this energy may appeal to some, it also means that many areas are filled with tourist traps, where overpriced souvenirs and services are hard to avoid. The more attractive beaches, with cleaner waters and better facilities, often come with noticeably higher charges, which can quickly add up for families. The bustling atmosphere leaves little space for relaxation, and navigating the crowds with children can be challenging. Overall, while it has its highlights, I would think twice before returning here for a family vacation with kids.

Nikiti is great if you are looking for peace and quiet.
Nikiti is great if you are looking for peace and quiet. It has good restaurants, exelent beaches, normal prices. Good for family vacation and for kids. There are no night clubs and loud music. Plenty room for a parking. Close to Nikiti you can find more beautiful beaches loke Orange beach and Lagomandra beach, and also towns like Vourvourou, Neos Marmaras or Sarti, where you can visit and spend quality time too.

I love small towns like Nikiti where everything you need is relatively close. They have 3 supermarkets where you will find anything you need. A separate fish shop for fresh fish if you want. Restaurants were really good and reasonable prices. The MALL patisserie is brilliant. Shops along the beach have all you need for the day - fresh drinks, cold beer and ice cream, etc at really reasonable prices. Service was great everywhere. The whole experience was very relaxing, nothing really annoyed me... They also have a boat trip - Sotiris - that leaves from the Nikiti marina and is brilliant imho.

Nice little hotel located walking distance from Nikiti's marina (close to restaurants and beach) but also very quiet. Rooms are big, split level apartments, nice pool area and nice breakfast area. Hosts are super nice. It's a great place to stay if you want to explore Sithonia during the day and go to a nice restaurant by the water in the evening.

Very nice and quite location, with sea view, close to the beach and at a walking distance to the restaurants of Nikiti. The apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous terrace.
Hosts are very helpful and always ready to share recommendations and valuable insights about Sithonia.

The hotel provided luxury stay, great atmosphere and top services. The owners and the personnel always there for you but never on your way.
The rooms clean, comfortable and with all the needed amenities. I had short but unforgetable experience. Definitely coming back next year.

Great apartment in every way, large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom and balconies. Clean and pleasant pool with sunbeds. Located on a quiet street in the center of Nikiti, 7 minutes walk from the promenade and the beach. And thanks to the owners for the hospitality.

The room was spacious with very comfortable bed and big bathroom. There is a coffee machine with capsules you can use. The hotel is near but not in the noisy area of Nikiti. The breakfast is really good and its a pleasure to have it in the restaurant of the hotel.
