United KingdomWe stayed at the one of the ground floor flats in the new building. The flat was exactly as advertised and cleaned each day! Everything was new and done with a taste. The pool might be smaller than expected but it’s still enough to chill there and enjoy some quiet time post seaside! We met with the owner each morning upon going to the beach, he also told us about some great small beaches to avoid the crowds and loud music. I would definitely go back there is we visit the island again.

Limenas is the best location to stay in Thassos especially if you have kids. Everything is near walking distance restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful beaches. Amazing fresh fish. And if you want to have meat its worth visiting Theologou village where they have lovely restaurants for meat.

If you are looking for night entertainment - it is clear, Limenas will not be to your taste. But if you want relaxation, and a location close to beaches like Marble Beach or taverns with very good food, this is the right place.

You have too much alternative for beach.
You have too much alternative for beach. Mouses is good for dinner . they don't have any reservation but you can wait a little. La scala beach is perfect also this side of island is good. Check prices for entrance. Golden beach is not necessary to visit you have more and more alternative because they request almost 20 avro for sunset

Limenas is a nice place to visit and I recommend it to families, with small kids, because they can go in the sea, without being worried that is deep. You can walk smoothly lots of meters, on the nice sand, with no fear. The port is also a nice place to visit, where you can find also some nice terraces, in case you need to eat or drink.

We would recommend that you choose a hotel with on site car parking. The best taverna is Alexandres which has live authentic Greek Music. The owner is very special and gets everyone into the holiday party mood. The food is also wonderful

Everything is close enough to reach and far enough away to...
Everything is close enough to reach and far enough away to not be bothered by if you want peace and quiet.
There is no live music scene in Liminas bur it can be found in Potos and Liminaria.
Plenty of archaeological sites.
Restaurants are all good so are the bars - depending on what you want from a bar - Brazil Bar is lively. Karanti has traditional music some nights, Drift Bar has jazz background music, Alexandras has good food and traditional entertainment.
Good restaurants, Tavernaki, Ambrosia, Souvlike, Gefstiko, Thassian, Alexandras.

The house is much bigger than the photos, the area where it's located is pretty quiet and it's a great place to enjoy some relaxing days in Thassos. Very close to the main tourist street of Limenas with many shops, pastry shops, coffee shops etc

The hotel's proximity to the city center was a nice touch. It's a wonderful and quiet location. The room was clean, and everything was new. Aspasia was very kind and helpful. We thank her for our wonderful stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Thassos.
