All of our special requests have been fulfilled quickly and well done. Stylish and cosy 'Komin' outdoor restaurant on the slope of the hill for a unique mediterranean roast dinner with outstanding service. Bike rental just next to the hotel. Beaches are in few minutes walk. We loved the place and hospitality of Bretanide Hotel, we enjoyed the spacious superior suite with a large terrace supplied with sunbeds and parasol. Liked the cats walked around in hotel gardens area :)

We spend every morning to have breakfast there, and to relax in the evening after coming back from the beach. We thought we would do the laundry on our own but the host was kind enough to do it for us. Everybody was friendly at this facility and we appreciate it. Bol is one of those Dalmatian little town with just perfect mixture of nature attractions and nice architecture. A lot of little cafes and restaurants with good range of prices, so there is something for everyone. Must try vine and olive oil from Brač.

We loved Bol, it was a lovely resort with plenty of restaurants, great walks and beaches and it had a friendly, laid-back vibe with people of all ages. Zlatni Rat beach was lovely and when we were there it wasn't overly busy and although clearly set up for tourists they seem to have kept the balance just about right (although the sun beds and shades are ridiculously expensive at 39 euros per day for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella), needless to say we didn't bother.
The walk along the promenade to Zlatni Rat was gorgeous with lots to interest from interesting villas, bars, tourist gift stalls, sculptures and the tree cover made it shady and attractive.
Equally the walk into town and the harbour and then further along to the monastery was also interesting and always something different to see.
Food and drink is not cheap sadly but most of the meals we had were really good quality - for a special meal try Boket 78, our most expensive meal but the flavours were amazing. I had the lamb and it was one of the best meals I've ever had, hubby had the black risotto and he said it was full of flavour too. Also the vegan restaurant Biomania was lovely.
We loved Bol and would happily visit again.

Gorgeous island. Great for lazy or active type of vocation. We did some kayaking, snorkeling, biking and “doing nothing” kinda of thing. I wish we spent more then 3 days there instead of going to Zadar and Zagreb (waste of time).

Perfect for a chill holiday.
Perfect for a chill holiday. Beautiful, lots to do, great restaurants.
Would recommend the Golden Horn beach for a swim, booking SUP boards for some exercise and wine tasting at Stina winery. If you decide not to do the wine tasting tour, it's a lovely place to sit and drink their amazing whites on the promenade overlooking the sea.
My favourite restaurant was Vendetta - Sushi boats for 2 are a must! Family run Pumparela restaurant at the Port was also superb, delicious food (including vegetarian for my daughter) and really friendly.

We loved staying in this place! What a fabulous property, we loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. 5 mins from bars, restaurants and the ferry port which is useful when travelling around. Facilities excellent and really good to have washer available as it was our third stop in Croatia. Also Great to be able to have a morning coffee on the balcony too AND plug sockets near the mirror- not something you get very often! Host was great too, super helpful.

The hotel was modern, clean and had many facilities for all guests. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and has many sun beds alongside space to eat and shade. The room was large with a clean bathroom, space for storage and a balcony. The buffet breakfast was also a great addition and had a lot of variety with some Croatian delicacies which added a great touch. All the staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful which was great - would definitely recommend.

The owners were very nice and helpful - they helped us with luggage, borrowed us umbrella, they advised us where to shop and where to eat. The location was great - approximately 8 minutes from the center. I also appreciate that it was close to the promenade to Zlatni rat beach. Thanks to it, I could enjoy Bol as much as I can. As for the accommodation itself, beds were very comfortable beds and room was clean. TV and air-condition was OK, everything works.

Villa Mira is perfectly located in the port of Bol just a few minutes walk from many lovely restaurants. It is a 30 minute walk to the glorious zlatni rat beach but the walk is along a beautiful palm lined promenade so don’t let the distance put you off! The hosts were friendly and even washed my beach towels free of charge before we moved to our next location. We had 4 apartments and they were all spacious and well equipped.
