They have restaurant with very tasty and low price food, coffee and tea were complimentary, so as water. The stuff is really nice and helpful if you need extra blanket, towel, etc. The atmosphere absolutely suiting to this mountain location. Loved it!

A friend of mine Paul, put me onto this place, run by his family, in the mountains away from the usual traps. If you want to get away from everything and spend time with a Balinese family but with some of the comforts of western life (hot water and toilet), this is the sort of place your looking for.
First I have to say that they are in the jungle and away from the road and you get a real feel of being in a different place. There is no frontage to the road and it’s a bit hard to find, but they organise to meet you close by. It is uphill on a narrow path to the house and while a bit steep at one point, it’s not impossible
Gede is a local guide and knows some great places around here that are not on the radar…. If you’re the adventurous type then go Canyoning with his mates…
Putu will look after the food and while the food is simple, it is certainly not plain and I tried some different things I wasn’t expecting.
The rooms are simple yet spacious with a separate lounge and kitchenette, there’s a fridge, toaster and kettle. A surprise is the water… straight from a natural spring and drinkable without worry.
There are kids and dogs and chooks and trees with food you can eat growing right outside the door.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The property is very green and has a big, clean pool. You have an awesome view for the sunset. There are 2 beautiful waterfalls close by (by acooter or car), so you dont necessarily need to go far to enjoy this beautiful area.
They offer activities and scooters to rent. They also helped us arrange our further transport to Amed.

South AfricaWe enjoyed our 7 nights here. The room is traditional The views of the sunrise over the valley is breathtaking. The room was comfy with fridge and aircon. The location is remote but we either walked the very steep hill to the village (20min) or to the river/waterfall past the rice fields up the mountain (20 min) or caught a taxi organised by our hosts at a fair price. We were spoilt each morning with a delicious vegan Bali breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much.
