Samira on the front desk was really helpful and friendly… dealing with her made up for the bad customer service next door and left a good impression for Tiberias with us.

United KingdomThis hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the pool area. There is no shortage of comfortable furniture, and the large waterfall shower head in the room was a plus. Guests were treated to a live musical performance in the evening, which was really very good, and a yoga session was on offer in morning. As Booking guests entry into the spa was included, which we didn’t originally realise. There is a very large jacuzzi (with a view of the lake) and both wet and dry saunas. Staff were very helpful every time we needed them. The hotel was quiet which was nice, although that could have been because we were there on a Monday. Would definitely come again :)

United StatesThis hotel is lovely and clean. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The grounds are so pretty and peaceful. We loved the chapel on the grounds, and meeting Father Kelly and his sister, Celine was such an amazing treat. The pool was fun for my granddaughters, and the lifeguard was so courteous. The food choices were many and it was very good for dinner and for breakfast.
