IsraelWonderful place and has a great staff. The atmosphere is super. We stayed for one night so we didn't utilize the gym and/or other facilities. We wanted to take a deep into the jacuzzi tho, but it was full of guests in it, so we gave up.

United StatesEuropean-style beautifully decorated hillside villa with impeccable service and amazing views. Cleanliness is up to Swiss best standards. Our suite had an extra high ceilings and was luxurious throughout (Bathroom had the most spacious shower cabin I have ever encountered in hotels). Linens and towels were on par with Mandarin/Four Seasons experience. Everything worked down to the last switch. Staff hospitality is incredible, as they will go above and beyond your every request. Shani in particular was a truly wonderful host, genuinely caring about each and every of our needs. Hands-down the best quality hotel I have stayed at in Israel.

Terrible experience!!!
Terrible experience!!! We arrived in a deserted area, we were forced to look for another and more expensive alternative due to the lack of service, the place simply does not exist, we asked passersby who live in the area and they did not know what we were talking about. Also, the entire area is ultra-Orthodox religious, and entry with vehicles is prohibited.
