United KingdomFor the price I can't complain. I didn't feel I was staying at a 5 star compared to the other 5 star hotels I stayed at but even though it was a nice hotel. Theres a shopping mall beneath the hotel and for the price it was perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. They also offer a veg buffet for 599 which my wife and daughter went for, my other two children opted from the menu and our non veg dishes were brilliant.

Ajmer is an old city and the area near the railway station/hotel is poor and dilapidated. This will challenge some tourists. Not all local people are friendly but many are very friendly, helpful and curious about where you come from. I am female and was travelling on my own and found Ajmer to be a safe city. The Khwaja Muin-ud-din Chishti dargah and neighbouring bazaar streets are fascinating to see and a highlight of my trip!!!!!!

The city is a trap, They are looting people just in the name of religion. People are rude as hell. Don't trust the people as they have another opinion always. The hotel is just terrible. I got food poisoning just by tasting the food in a good restaurant.

The stay was excellent as the room size, location , mattress, house keeping room service was very good. I want say about reception boy who works excellent , very gentle and also very helpful for us. His behavior was very nice. The hotel is situated near Khwaja sahab's dargah shareef in Ajmer.

very helpful in nature. The room is clean and provided the same thing which has been mentioned in website, however Wi-Fi performance is not up to the mark. The location of hotel is very good as most of the sightseeing are available at walking distance. The amenities provided as per hotel policy. The staff of the hotel are very courteous and polite in nature. The owner and manager are also very helpful and provide information of places to visit in Ajmer.

Manager, owner & all staff are very bad. We have booking a room in 800 but he not provide room. After many arguments he gave room in 1200 rs. Many more bad experience in this hotel.
