Made my stay in Chennai so much better- all the staff from the restaurant manager, chefs, check in staff, all do a great job at helping us feel welcome here. Massage in spa was excellent. Housekeeping was so friendly! The staff is better than the other 5 stars I stayed at in Chennai so they put together an amazing team here. Also it is close to the Phoenix mall.

IndiaWe stayed here for 3 nights and had a very good experience. The stay was definitely value for money. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything looked fresh, clean, and well-maintained.
The facilities were good, visitors were allowed, and the overall service was professional, which made the experience comfortable.
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come to Chennai in the future.

Plus the airport is within City are unlike some other metros where airport is 30-40 km outside the city. And it's connected by metro line. Beaches were beautiful near Thiruvanmiyur, Besant Nagar, Olive beach, Marina, Akkarai beach. Traffic and Humidity in city are unbearable. Local Trains MSB to VLCY , and Metro Trains were comfortable. Malls and Cinemas in ECR and OMR were fabulous! It rained a bit when I visited in August-September 2025, so it was pleasant. One of the staff feels he owns the place. Very uncooperative. Attitude is take it or leave it. Out of 2 rooms one room was full of cockroaches. Unclean sheets. Alternative room did not have proper locking system. I had booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and he wanted us to make full payment. So that we are stuck with the place.
