IndiaMr Divyanshu the Revenue Manager was very cooperative he is a large hearted thorough gentleman he agreed to let us stay five hours extra due to flight delay with no charges. Mr Debanjan Ray front office Manager immediately rectified our breakfast billing problem .Ma'am Baishaki Paul Guest Relations solved our problem at check in and personally escorted us to our room. The entire staff is very courteous and food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious..The hotel is well located with Malls and restaurants nearby. I am a senior citizen and was there with my family daughter and grandson. We will really remember our stay in this beautiful hotel because of their well mannered , courteous and helpful staff

A) extended the check in time and was there in person till almost midnight to receive us.
B) Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and reached late at night. He was compassionate and courteous, offering us alternatives if it was further delayed.

Booking.com mentioned it as a bed and breakfast, but breakfast was not provided. There was no restaurant which was so inconvenient, even to have a glass of water one had to venture out 100 metres outside in the sun. There was no coffee maker as mentioned. TV was not working. Towel provided was stinking badly.
