We were there for a couple of weeks to get some dental work...
We were there for a couple of weeks to get some dental work done, so longer than we would normally stay. The Ghandi museum is interesting, but apart from that there is was not too much of interest, except if the cricket is on! Some good shopping, and easy to get around, as it is a smaller city. It is a good stopover on the way to Gir National park area, but probably 1-2 nights would be sufficient. There is a fabulous non-veg restaurant Hot and More, near the Ghandi museum.

its a vibrant Gujarat city, developed and advanced, lot of shopping and other activity its a heart of Saurashtra, you can also proceed to kutch if you want, local food is mostly vegetarian and must try, also shop for unique handicraft items which are famous here.

Rajkot has grown exponentially in the last decade and it is quickly catching up with major cities, however, there is still some way to go, for example, there is Uber service but it is not very popular and hence still easier to hail a rickshaw. I am really looking forward to coming back as the people are nice and helpful and amazing vibe.

Good city.
Good city. But airport is small and needs a proper taxi service. Taxi-men exploit the new faces. Unfortunately it is the same story in most of cities. It was raining so they quoted 1500/- INR for 15 km. I tried Uber which showed Rs.350 for same destination. Finally Driver took Rs 600/-
This is certainly not professional and I found it unsuitable for Mr Clean's own state. Authorities should have a pre-paid taxi from airport and 100% transparency in fair.

The bath linen needs replacement badly.
Room service has a long way to go,one tea took 3 reminder and 55 minutes.
Breakfast - Innovative in culinary treats should be reasonable.
Whoever heard of a batata paua(local meal) with Capsicum ?
Wada Sambar - quality of wada on both days of my stay was below par.
Valet - Not available after 23.00 strange isn't it - especially in festive season where guests returns tired after a long night out celebration.

We were at SAYAJI Rajkot in the return trip from Somanth and our next station was Vadodara so for night stay I booked SAYAJI Rajkot, and this Accomodation i booked was superbly beautiful, its ambience was lovely and we having lots of options for Breakfast in the morning before check-out... i recommend this property to stay in RAJKOT which is cost effective too...

everything was very good. From the customer service, reception staff especially Soheb and Manhar were very helpful.
rooms allocated were good clean staff were all nice. Breakfast was good with a variation for all and again all food and drinks were provided on request. Very good stay please maintain the quality and hotel standards and cleanliness for the future as i have been in other hotels in Rajkot and standards have dropped dramatically within months.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in Rajkot. Room
Is full of cockroaches and AC is leaking due to which entire floor gets filled by water, 3rd class breakfast, staff behaviour is such that they are making a favour for customers by working there.
