United StatesThe room there were three things I found excellent. First, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The show, nice and hot and easy to operate. And lastly, doesn't sound important to some unless you're a big reader - they had a light fixture attached to the wall that was perfect for reading. The breakfast very attractive and excellent assortment of Indian and western dishes. And - the staff professional and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed overnight in Siliguri to avoid the risk of travelling from Gangtok the next day at 4 am, and possibly missing the flight, even though Wizzride assured me that their vehicles would reach Bagdogra airport in 4.5 hours from Gangtok.

Dusty and with Traffic jam. The city centre mall was good. And an eatery in Mallaguri was excellent. Trips to Mirik and Bengal Safari were nice. Rest was disappointing. Don't recommend anyone for this hotel It is not worth paying 4000/- per night for this below average hotel. Had I known the location I would have never stay there.As I mentioned except the reception people who were helpful ,nothing else was good . Why do you recommend such bad hotels to people who needcommfprt & peace?

location wise siliguri is placed best ,because from both new jal paiguri and bagdogra airport its near.so it acts as a connecting link of north eastern staes with other states.so when you plan of north east trip you can halt at siliguri to catch your flight or train.

I loved everything about my stay but I left my one piece of bag with small eating things & a cap which I had bought from watching AUSTRALIAN OPEN in Melbourne, white one with AO 2024 written …. I sent my brother to pick the bag but the CAP is MISSING.. this is too BAD… please HELP

The rooms were clean and staff extremely attentive. Although the breakfast was vegetarian, it was delicious. The server at the breakfast Dipen was very attentive and served us very well. Dikshya at the front desk was cordial and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay amidst the chaos of Siliguri.
