LithuaniaI booked this hotel mainly because of its close proximity to the airport, as I had a late flight. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very comfortable bed, a great shower, polite and helpful reception staff and even room attendants (I was traveling with several suitcases, and one girl from the room service staff kindly offered to help me carry a suitcase to the elevator). The room was spacious, well-insulated (I wasn’t disturbed by any noise from nearby rooms), and the car rental pick-up point was conveniently located right in the hotel’s parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely stay here again myself.

Gardur is a convenient location close to the airport. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, The access was easy with no stairs for brining in luggage. I liked the small town and visiting the lighthouses nearby. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

Loved the location, right next to the airport but also by the coast so some lovely walks and a nice restaurant at the lighthouse.
Easy to get around if you have a car, we drove into Reykjavík a couple of times and it’s only about an hour away. We met one of the hosts and he was lovely.
The cabin itself is really cute and nicely decorated, beds are pretty comfy and you can login to your Netflix etc. There’s also a fridge and little freezer and plenty of parking.

We booked the apartments after a week in a Campervan and it couldn’t have been more perfect for a final night in Iceland!
The interior is SO stylish and everything is thought of, from the spices in the kitchen to extra toiletries in the bathroom!
Watching the snow come down whilst sat in the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

New hotel and everything was cosy and clean. Nice and helpful staff. Quiet in rooms and could have a good sleep. I liked that there is option that hotel staff will warn you if there is Aurora seen from the hotel.
