We loved our stay in CityHub. I was little worried of communal bathrooms- but they do a great job keeping in neat. The hotel is located in city center- near to many museums, Harpa, harbour. The hosts are excellent, and I loved that their pub has pay-wall for ordering drinks. You can get them anytime!

Location, facilities, staff, convenience. We liked it so much we rebooked and stayed again on our way back through Reykjavik. Highly recommend! We also managed to find free parking a few streets away outside of the P1/P2 zone, which was very convenient.

We stayed in the building that houses the reception desk and our room was bright and comfortable and simply huge compared to all the other hotels we stayed at while visiting Iceland. The building appears to be newly renovated and it is in a super convenient location, mere steps away from the main shopping street and within walking distance of many sights, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast basket provided a hearty start to the day and the bread was outstanding. We would not hesitate to stay there on a return visit to Reykjavik.

i have always known icelandic people are very artistic when it comes to art as a whole. i came to see artistic music so like contemporary jazz, perhaps classical music well anyways there was not much except only one it was mulinn jazz from harpa i believe. there was no live jazz bar venue where i can see new musicians so i was pretty disappointed but overall the town was very nice.

Great city, everyone was very helpful and informative.

Great city, everyone was very helpful and informative. Very clean easy to get around. Only complant was that it is very expensive. As long as you are prepared for that it is fine We used artic adventures for most trips. Very good to deal with if you had a problem. Patries with a coffee are a must, they are excellent. Especially the apple crumble. We ate at hofnin restaurant on harbour twice, foog was excellant

The most impressive experience of Reykjavik is the people.

The most impressive experience of Reykjavik is the people. I met many kind people. The owners of the hostel invited me to join in their party and I had a good time. On the road, a young boy helped me to get through the road. The weather was cold but the people were warm. Besides, the most exciting experience came from the nature landscape. The tourism spots were not far from the city by driving. I didn’t rent a car but used the public transportation. Most of the places are accessible.Overall, it was a satisfied experience. Highly recommend sky lagoon, lava show and golden circle tour.

Beautiful city with lots to see and do. Lovely friendly people most of whom speak perfect English. Be aware that prices for food, drink etc. are possibly more expensive than you may be used to, this is not to fleece tourists, its just the way it is. Keep an eye out for pub happy hours though!!

Stay Apartments Einholt is a great location to stay in, it has free parking nearby and a (Bonus, name) supermarket up the road for any groceries. It is very close to the tour bus stops and in a quiet neighbourhood. There are local buses nearby to get to the city centre which takes about 15-20 minutes walking. The apartment had all the facilities and supplies if you wanted to cook or prepare meals. The price was reasonable, but not the cheapest, but decent for the facilities in Iceland.

Brim Hotel offers among the hotels in Reykjavik the best ratio of price & comfort!! Breakfast is better than in most pricey hotels and the room was spacious, big table, good lighting and everything clean. Really calm neighborhood but just a walking distance to the center. Very good price for a single room in Reykjavik, was even cheaper than dorm-beds in some hostels! Good location, only a few minutes walk to city center. Supermarket next door, still the street itself is rather quiet. Very clean and also has basic equipment for cooking.
