United KingdomAmazing hotel with a lot of history! The hotel was exactly what we needed for a skiing week. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were all lovely and very accommodating. The restaurant inside the hotel had an amazing breakfast with many options and the set menu for dinner was delicious every single night. There was also entertainment at night so there was really no need to leave the hotel. In addition the hotel has a well equipped spa, a ski storage room which was heated and a coach which takes you to and from the slopes. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Great location , spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very cleans. The owners are very nice and kind people, suggested a great restaurant for dinner in the village, however, they serve very good food on the premises. Breakfast selection is great too.

It is a cosy village between Ortisei and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
It is a cosy village between Ortisei and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Everyone is super nice, there are good restaurants, and amazing views of the mountains. There is a beautiful river across the village. I would recommend it for a nice, quite and relaxed stay, away from the main villages.

The place is really beautiful and serene.
The place is really beautiful and serene. It is close to Cortina D'Ampezzo city and all the nearby cable car stations but we got the room in much cheaper cost in this peak summer time. Specially strolling by the lake during sunset after whole day travel was a beautiful experience.

We were very welcomed by locals who advised and helped us to get up and running with the ski lift passes, hire of kit and lessons.
The locals were very accommodating with the fact that we couldn't speak their language and were helpful in all ways.
Alleghe is a beautiful place and without a doubt, we will be returning.

We have been coming here in the winter for several years,...
We have been coming here in the winter for several years, this was our first stay in warmer weather. It doesn't take away from the romance of the town, but the traffic is really busy. Skiing is always great here. In the summer it's all about hiking, even though it was just one day, we enjoyed the views and the walk around the lake and the climb to two viewpoints. The restaurants by the church on the square are all ok, probably. Pleasant service and delicious desserts and coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at Europa Mountain Apartment in Alleghe! The apartment is clean, spacious, and has a warm, cozy feel. From the apartment, we had two amazing views—one of the stunning Alleghe Lake and the other of the majestic Dolomites. The balcony is small but still a great spot to enjoy the scenery. It’s a peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for a calm and scenic mountain escape!

Our stay at the Hotel Barance was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, food at the restaurant is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The hotel is very close to the lake which is a also a plus if you want to go for a nice walk nearby. We will definitely come back there.
