Breakfast was served as a self-service buffet, and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even with our late arrival. Our room had just been renovated, and everything was functional and comfortable. The location was peaceful, and although we visited in early spring when it was a bit chilly, the air conditioning provided enough heat to keep the room cozy.

5 Stars!! From the moment I arrived they treated me like a long lost friend. Includes a wonderful homemade breakfast buffet. Espresso or cappuccino morning or night. Had an excellent steak dinner on my final night. Picturesque area with mountain and city views. Enjoyed walking around area, took many beautiful photos.

The place is absolutely clean and nice. Bed was great even though I request double bed but got twin instead. Location is nice on the hill not the top but great! Staff are nice. Breakfast was ok just typical italian. I would recommend to stay here!

We went as a group of 3 paraglider pilots. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had lots of additional amenities we didn't expect. There is a bathroom with a shower (which had ample hot water- I don't think it was on a tank which is good for large groups) and a 2nd utility room with a washing machine and dryer, sink and toilet. There was good AC, and the rooms were all large and could easily accommodate many more guests. The location was perfect, between the 2 landing fields in Semonzo and the use of a large garage was perfect for our hire car and also to keep some flying kit. Communication from the host was excellent with clear check-in instructions and some local info. The host left the key in a safe for us but then visited us (as previously agreed) to say hello and make sure we had internet access etc. He also helped us very quickly when we locked ourselves out. Very happy with the stay overall.

Very comfortable and in a great location for the flying sites. A fantastic breakfast and definitely get a meal at the restaurant on the weekend. Best meal I’ve had in years. All I can say is WOW!!

    The main aim of the trip was to visit the battlefields of...

    The main aim of the trip was to visit the battlefields of WWI in this zone. But, in a 50 km. radius, you have important art cities, Palladian villas, beautiful landscapes, plenty of trekking and bike circuits and you can even - we did not - push yourself to Venice for a quick glimpse of this pearl. We chose instead to explore the thick grid of routes that crisscross the mountains - built originally to serve the war effort - and landed in marvelous places, eat genuine food in the "malghe" (mountain farms), meet very interesting and sincere people along the road. A very refreshing experience.

    This place it's absolutely beautiful, we stayed here with children (4yo and 8yo) and we all loved it. They had toys, a huge garden to run and play and the animals were a hit with the kids. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and beautiful and Alessandra was always helpful, we had lovely conversations with her about the area and Italy in general. We would definitely stay here again.
