BelgiumThe location is excellent - a short walk to either train station and in to the central-pedestrianized area. The room and bathroom decor is new, modern and beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. As we were there in July, we needed the air conditioning and it worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful and informative when providing recommendations for restaurants and information about train journeys. And the rear garden is a lovely place to rest and chat.

IsraelBeautiful hotel with real beautiful view of the Lugano lake. We booked the room with a lake view and were not dissappointed, The room was big and comfortable and the balcony was bigger than expected.
But the real treat were the employees - seems like they realy enjoy what they are doing. The lady at the reception, I think her name was Rossalva, was kind and helpful with recomendations. The restaurant's stuff - Roberta, Abdel Jaber and Chef Moustafa (sorry if I mispelled) went out of their way for my sister and I to be happy.
