Isabella from the receptions gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with all the info we needed. The room was not big but well organized, very clean and cozy. We had breackfast at the cafe Posto accross the street from the hotel (the hotel offer a discount for their guests) - coffee was amazing.

United KingdomThe property was very clean and close to the airport, bus and train station. There are a lot of close restaurants and places to visit within walking distance from the hotel, including the tower of Pisa. The staff were very nice and allowed my wife, sister and I to store our luggage before checking in and even after checking out of the hotel. The shared bathrooms were also very clean and had plenty of towels to use. The hotel also had a free breakfast, that included a fantastic large expresso, croissants, bread, jam, and yogurt. Lastly, the staff were very kind and also greeted us a smile on their faces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pisa! 🙂
