Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

Amazing hotel and a great find. From the lovley welcome, to good local ski knowledge from Mattheus and a fantatsic breakfast, with a great selection, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cold meats and cheese and eggs and bacon. I liked and disliked the same thing about the resort-the...

I liked and disliked the same thing about the resort-the fact that it was pretty empty which meant no queues for the chair lifts. However, the fact that it was so empty meant no apres ski at all, which in the evening felt a bit liveless and sad.

Everything. The rooms are big, very comfortable. The shower is very nice. The breakfast is delicious and I highly recommend having lunch or dinner in the restaurant from the hotel. The people that work there are very friendly and the food is amazing. The location is fantastic. Close to lago di carezza or hiking places. The view is amazing.

This is a really great hotel. I think it has recently changed ownership and the new owners were lovely. Very friendly and gave us a great welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean and the view of the mountains from the balcony was incredible. The pictures of the rooms don’t do them justice!

The room has the GREAT view. There is a balcony so you can spend hours on the balcony enjoying the view. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good, with tasty coffee. Coffee is tasty. Carezza lake is very close to the hotel.
