Monique, one of the hosts, gave us ideas for things to do: a loop drive through beautiful country to visit 4 hill towns, a nice walking path nearby, and a tour and tasting at a local, historic winery. She also gave us dinner suggestions and made reservations for us. Monique and Silvana served us a delicious breakfast. The historic house was beautifully renovated.
La Mafalda in Oltrepo was a last-minute booking for us when another lodging cancelled our reservation. We were more than pleased with the substitution and would gladly come again!
