The staff were super helpful in telling us where we should go as the waves were a bit unstable during our stays and the breakfast staff were smiley all the time. We love the breakfast session there with buffet style and a coffee bar next to the poolside where you can enjoy the breakfast. We were provided a quiet room next to our friends as per request. They even provide a drying stand so you can dry them outside your room. Spacious bathroom and a work desk where I managed to do some work.

The best part of our trip to Sicily was staying in Favignana for a couple of nights. I would say that 3 nights would have been perfect. I highly recommend renting your own boat and renting bikes to explore the island as much as possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place. It was a very friendly environment, and unlike the main island, there was no trash littering the area. It was great to see that the main mode of transportation there was by bicycles. The food was also great, but it was a bit overpriced.

You can rent bikes, electric ones if it's too hot. They are available at several locations. The prices are reasonable and you can travel the entire island.
The water is clean and it is worth stopping here for a day.

I absolutely loved Favignana and truly wish I had stayed at...
I absolutely loved Favignana and truly wish I had stayed at least four nights to fully appreciate the beauty and charm of this incredible island. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, soak in the atmosphere, and just enjoy life by the sea.
Getting around is a breeze—renting a bike is the perfect way to explore. The island is small enough to navigate easily, yet full of diverse landscapes and hidden spots waiting to be discovered. What really took my breath away was the water—crystal clear and painted in the most vibrant shades of blue I’ve ever seen. It’s almost unreal.
One thing to note: many of the beaches have sharp rocks that you’ll need to walk over to reach the water. It’s a small price to pay for such pristine conditions, but water shoes might be a good idea!
Another highlight was the hike up to Castello di Santa Caterina. The climb is worth every step—on the way up, you're rewarded with panoramic views that stretch across the island and out to the sea. And when you finally reach the castle, even in its weathered state, it's absolutely stunning. There's something incredibly powerful about standing in such a historic place, surrounded by silence and sky.
Favignana is so much more than a quick stop on a day trip. If you're planning to visit, give yourself time to breathe it in. You won’t regret it.

Favignana is a great Island to visit just off the coast of...
Favignana is a great Island to visit just off the coast of Trapani, only 30 minutes by hydrofoil. You can hire bikes to get around the island, lots of little coves and beaches. The main port town is beautiful and lively on the main street with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is very central and less than a 10 minute walk from the port.

We spent four wonderful days at beautiful Favignana, a real gem. A really laid back island feeling. On rental bikes we explored the entire island. Everywhere views to the bluest sea, and swimming in crystal clear water.
We enjoyed great local food in some of the many restaurants.

An oasis. What a treat and how lucky were we to find this at short notice. Unique setting in a beautiful garden with stunning views all round. Easy location to cycle to town and all the island from. Hotel can arrange taxi pick
Up and drop off to port and bicycle hire. There is a restaurant attached that is not run by the hotel but it is where you go for lovely breakfasts. The restaurant is of exceptional quality with such friendly staff. They close for dinner on 30/9. Best place to stay in Favignana

The perfect place to stay in Favignana! The host was very welcoming - he sat us down on the first day explaining the island giving great recommendations for beaches according to conditions. The room was spacious with a beautiful new bathroom with an amazing shower - very clean and serviced everyday. It’s located right in town which is perfect for dinner / boat tours. A 15/20 min bike ride will get you to perfect sunset spots on the west side of the island.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly & accomodating. The room was super clean, spacious and breakfast was delicious! We loved that we could just hire a bike right at our door step. The location is right in the heart of Favignana. It was a little noisy due to the location but if you don’t mind it’s a great stay here!
