United StatesNice, close to all sites in Funes Valley, which avoids the craziness of the ski valley, Val Gardena. Has wonderful lounge chairs on balcony that recline. Dinner is available with a set menu of simple local specialties. The host, Karin was very nice and available. This is a working farm with cute goats, dogs, and cats. Breakfast was good (optional eggs), with great breads and jams but could use more fruit. Free local buses which Karin helped with.

ItalyIt was a fantastic holiday time in Val di Funes! We fell in love with the place, nature, and mountains.
Special thanks to Waltraud and her husband for such a kind welcome gift and Christmas Dinner!
It is worth mentioning that the apartment is entirely brand new and even better than in the photo.
The kitchen was fully equipped (even with small, nice-to-have things).
The bedroom is equipped with a TV and all the required staff.
We have selected this apartment because it's very close to Filler ski lift, which is especially recommended for ski beginners, where you can find ski instructors who speak three languages (Italian, English, and German).
Though we went during Christmas, we could find a good place for lunch and dinner.
We are definitely recommending Planerhof Apartment Lilie, and we will be back here one more time for sure!

this is a gem within the gems that the Dolomites are.
this is a gem within the gems that the Dolomites are. this is the place to be if one wishes to have a very relaxing stay, enjoy the views, walking/hiking in the forest and along paths. The Val di Funes has a few restaurants but it has retained the charm of an alpine village. It is convenient and lovely.
