The view from the balcony was exceptional and the room was exceptionally clean and well presented. The girl who cleaned the rooms was really attentive and always did a wonderful job of making everything neat and clean again. Great wardrobe space. We felt we got really brilliant value. Going down to eat at the restaurant on-site was a really wonderful bonus. The staff were lovely and the food and wine was great. We really enjoy eating local on holiday and this was very convenient and we made good use of it.

The location is excellent - a short walk to either train station and in to the central-pedestrianized area. The room and bathroom decor is new, modern and beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. As we were there in July, we needed the air conditioning and it worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful and informative when providing recommendations for restaurants and information about train journeys. And the rear garden is a lovely place to rest and chat.

Friendly staff, and a lot of options for Breakfast. Nice location, around 10 minute walk from Varese train station. Room was super clean and comfortable even outside temperature was around 38 degree.

Driving up to the hotel makes you feel like royalty. The villa is absolutely stunning and the staff is very friendly. Though we didn't get around to using it, there is a pool next to the villa with a beautiful view down the hill to the lake. We stayed in a room in the modern building, which was clearly communicated beforehand. There was a free-to-use parking garage underneath this building, which kept the car cool and made it easy to take our luggage up to the room. The room and the attached bathroom were pretty large. The bed was huge and we found it very comfortable, though it might be too firm for some.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the highway, we weren't disturbed at all. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day right.
