United Statesthe location was excellent very close to the church. The owner Paolo very friendly, he helped us with all that we needed during our stay. The breakfast is not included, but if you can buy breakfast nearby. The room he gave us was very nice with a nice view.

United StatesExcellent location ( close to Santa Casa basilica ) and very kind owners. Unfortunately the property is in great need of repair. and renovation. The pandemic made it worse for them . There was no hot water for the first 2 days . The restaurant has been closed for 2 years as I was told by the owners . They have owned it since 1800’s . It’s their generational property. With much sadness I give them 2 stars .

United StatesPatient and kind staff, even with the language barrier; they were generous in offering to drive me to the train station, the basilica, or the coast. No complaints about the accommodations and quite good breakfast in the morning. It wasn't to long of a walk to the basilica.

Despite the crowds around the sanctuary outside, inside this place of worship is peaceful and indeed most suitable for a quiet moment and prayer. The Virgin Mary's holy 'residence' within the sanctuary is indeed awesome, outside and even more so inside. Not to be missed.
