UkraineThe hotel is new — everything looks great and stylish. The staff actively asks for feedback and really tries to make your stay comfortable. The "room" I booked was more like an apartment, with a studio kitchen and living room, fully equipped with everything you might need. It also had two showers and two toilets, along with all the essentials for the bathroom.
Since it was the start of the season, there were very few guests, so I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great service.
One nice example of their customer focus — while I was at the pool, the staff happened to be cutting the grass nearby, which was a bit noisy. They later apologized and offered me a glass of prosecco as a compliment, which really showed their attention to guest experience.

United StatesComfortable stay. Bathroom was modern except that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Room was good size. Close to supermarket. Restaurant was a bonus. Stayed at hotel to attend a family wedding and hotel had a lot of rooms to accommodate large group.

HungaryWow, what a find! Fantastic location in the middle of a medieval town, next to the church, on top of a hill. Great staff. The hotel is not new, but we actually liked it that way, added to the rustic charm.
Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.

AustraliaThe wonderful host came immediately when we arrived and was super friendly. The apartment had absolutely everything (and more!!!), coffee, teas, cookies, chocolates, shampoo, toothbrushes (if you needed them), shaving cream, bottles of water, milk, washing machine and detergent..... I could go on and on, everything was thought of. And the bed was super comfortable.
