MaltaThe host, mikela, made us feel at home. She took our stay to the next level. Although the pool should have been not in use, she went out of her way to make it available for us. Also we were provided a good breakfast even if it was not included. It was perfect.

SwitzerlandWe had a very warm welcome and felt at home immediately. The host let us wash our dirty MTB and the entire family made sure, we had them locked properly overnight. We were invited to have coffee with them and Bruna explained to us all the sights and things to do around Marconia. Shame we did not have more time to stay and explore, but its definitively a place to return. Thank you for having us.

A lovely, beautiful and well cared for estate surrounded by lemon and orange trees greatly situated for cultural tourists to Matera, Acerenza, Castelmezzano, Craco, Rocca Imperiale etc while also rather close to the beach. The apartments are in top condition and very comfortable. We loved the clever pellet heating system.
The owner is a really lovely older man with a huge heart who made us feel welcome and at home! Our whole family instantly fell in love with him :-).
The place is great for families with smaller children as it has a fenced in garden area with a small playground and there are a lot of friendly animals (1 horse, 2 donkeys, 1 lovely dog, chicken and some very friendly cats). The cats and the dogs are well trained and while always looking for contact they would never think about entering the apartments,
