FinlandVery friendly staff who replied to my messages very fast and helped with many different situations.
Specially, we enjoyed the authentic Alpine kitchen (menus were also available in English, some gluten-free meals were offered).
The room was very spacious, clean and furnished with nice style. The sauna was a great experience and very relaxing - I can highly recommend it!

ItalyThey updated our double room to a very comfortable suite (we had a booking for two rooms but we had to cancel one in the previous days) at the same price, gave us good suggestions for dinner and even a ticket to get breakfast in the nearby coffee shop since we had to leave early in the morning.
