- The room provided was very large and spacious.
- The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car.
- We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available.
- Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable
- Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable.
- Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious
- Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down...
You can walk up to the old town, although I only walked down because Google Maps only showed a route up the main road, which looked very busy and unsuitable for walking. I advise checking the bus times as they don’t seem to be that frequent.
Once you’re in the old town, there’s plenty to see. I did the Narni Underground tour. It was in Italian, but I had a folder of notes to read so I was able to follow the gist of what the guide said. Highly recommended!

A tastefully decorated holiday home close to Narni, very handy for shops. attentive hosts. the toilet didnt work on our arrival and Giuseppe came and fixed it straight away. The electric tripped and Elena came to reset it straight away. If we had known we wouldnt have used the cooker and dishwasher at the same time. Giuseppe kindly bought us milk and wine and some delicious cake ! Thankyou !

Great location. You cannot get to the hotel directly by the car, but we received great input regarding where to park, which parking is free and how to get to the place. It was nice and tidy and quiet. Bed was comfortable. We had dog with us, 10 euro extra which was nice
