The Mountain view, the birds, the seréne and relaxing artmosphere are special. The HIGHLIGHT of the place though, is Alessandra and her family, we felt so welcomed , treated with such kindness, all the time they had a great disposition towards any questions or request made, they are full of energy and is inspiring to see how theyv come to build such a special place as a family, Francesco was very attentive helping us and Alessandra's cooking was exceptional, the dinner is a must try, different menu every evening, can be accompanied with house wine and we were honestly amazed by Alessandra's cooking sason! They have homemade bread and honey, among others that are served during breakfast but also available for purchase.
The morning breakfast has a wide variety of options; cereals, eggs,breads,fruits,sweets, yogurt, juice, café, you can serve yourself and enjoy!
We were nostalgic about saying goodbye to Alessandra, im very greateful I found Palas De Serra, I travelled with my sister and my mom and I really wanted them to have the best time in Sardegna, Alessandra and her family really contributed to make that possible.

PeruThe location was fantastic and felt very private, almost like having your own apartment! The staff was amazing, and enjoying breakfast with the mountain view was absolutely breathtaking.
We also had the lovely company of Conte, the cat who roams around the castle.
