We got into the apartment very easily, we checked-in through WhatsApp. They advised to do grocery shopping beforehand, as there are no shops, restaurants nearby. They also offer dinner on request. In the morning you can see the menu of the day and if you like it you can order and when you come back from ski a nice warm meal will wait for you.

Considering to return next year with friends and our families, rooms are very convenient having both hotel and apartment advantages.

If you are looking for a cosy warm feeling in a historical building (complete with creaky floors and small rooms) then you'll love it here. Its like being in a fairytale. Also have to give a shout out to the staff, they are the perfect mix of friendly and professional in such a warm way that you feel like you're welcomed into their home. Definitely leaving our stay with a strong pull to come back.
If you're into modern features, minimalist design and generally luxury hotels, you should consider looking elsewhere - there are enough of those accommodations around too.
