Amazingly designed properly with next level views of snow capped mountains. Host were so accommodating and the place was impeccable. A really short walk to town centre where the coffee and food will blow your mind. The walk back up the hill helps burn a few calories after the pizza, pasta and beer! We will be back with my family without a question. Apart from the accommodation I have fallen in love with Bormio. Honestly my favourite part of Italy.

Located on the second highest Alpine pass,it offers terrific views to the nearby glacier covered mountains,combining the quiet mountain atmosphere with the ease of transport.Perfect stop for a Trans-Alp walking/biking tour too,since the kitchen remains open till late in the evening offering delicious local specialties.I would definitely visit the hotel again and suggest it to my fiends.

Perfect location at the top of the Stelvio pass. It's nice to be up there in the evening and morning before the crowds arrive. It's very retro in a charming way, proper old school mountain hotel. We were there in the middle of summer yet there were still skiers! We didn't use the pool but did eventually find it. We were there as a family and everyone had their own bed.

I loved the whole of it. It was like travelling back in time. It is (I believe) a family run hotel and it has all of it. The bar area (where I had my dinner) was so cosy and homly. The food I had was simple but absolutely delicious.
