United StatesAmazing and courteous staff! I cannot say enough good things about everyone we interacted with there. So kind and helpful and they go above and beyond. We got sick just as we were arriving, and they helped us get medical help and made sure we had everything we needed. Brought us room service as well.

GermanyIt was a great facility, very spacious and clean. It had a great view in the back and was really close to a mall where you could get food or groceries. Also, 20 minutes away from La Spezia, where you can take the boats to cinque tierre. Great value for its price.
