The staff was nice and available during our stay and they were really keen to make the guests' stay as good as possible without being deferential (an attitude which I personally dislike).
The location overall is amazing, I wish I could've tried the SPA but we only stayed one night and it was already closed when we arrived. I'm sure I'll come back here either with friends or with my partner again, cause I want to try the amazing swimming pool there is in the garden.
