United StatesIt was amazing. Although the rough part was our room we were at the bottom level with a beautiful view of the gardens, unfortunately our room was very musky and smelled. And we could not be moved as hotel was booked. So it was rough.. on trying to sleep.. otherwise lovely palazzo, great staff and beautifully appointed and decorated.
The resturant was very good and the view spectacular ..

Bad and shocking experience! Recent blackmail and harassment due to 7/10 rating at Booking.com and because of this, the owner, Daniele Cioffi permitted himself to rate my company 1/5 in my google website just because he was unhappy and unsatisfactory with the rating! Anyone has the liberty and the right to rate and to give a review. It's an opinion given by the traveller to the owner. I just want to give my opinion so that other travellers will know what to look for in the apartment. If my review is not justified, the owner, Daniele Cioffi do not need to be afraid and to be aggressive. By attacking and by giving low rating to my company, it shows that he is guilty and he is afraid. My company has not given Mr Daniele Coiffi any service and he is NOT my client. He has no right to give any review or any rating to my company!
His attitude is not to be encouraged and do think twice and do reconsider to stay at his place as there are many other accommodations available. His accommodation is not the best of all. There is nice accommodation in the centre of Ravello, a small town where parking is in the centre near all accommodation. Charges of parking is everywhere in Ravello wherever you stay. Please take note that the town is up on top of a hill and Mr Cioffi apartment to the centre of Ravello (restaurants and shops), need to climb up many many stairs to arrive. It takes about 15-20mins to arrive the centre. It can be exhausting.

Ravello was perfect in every way. Lots to see and do. Great restaurants, outstanding views, friendly locals.
Having been to Amalfi Coast staying at the Poseidon in Positano, and Punta Tragara in Capri, I would stay in Ravello, because you don't have the HORDES of people from the cruise ships etc. We enjoyed 11 days in AnaCapri, and 14 days in Ischia.....no crowds.

Ravello is fantastic. So quiet - much preferable to Amalfi. Steep. Lots of walking. A lovely village by night with some great food. Mimis is just a fantastic restaurant with excellent an menu and wonderful staff. The meals are amazing! Several small shops which have all required if self catering. Walk the back streets. Such a photogenic town. Really pleasant in evenings when many return to Amalfi or to ferries.

Ravello is great for a small group who want a relaxed...
Ravello is great for a small group who want a relaxed experience focused around good, scenery, and history. Be warmed there's lots of stairs, the bus isn't always easy to get, and prices can be a bit higher than other towns. There is almost no crazy traffic though, and every view is better than the last. An amazing experience.

We loved our time in Ravello so much to see and do in the Amalfi coast, if you are going to drive be mindful of the busy winding roads, we pretty much walked everywhere but buses and taxis are available and Vespa’s can be hired if your up for an adventure.

Nice scenic spot next to the Ravello bust top to see the sunrise and sunset. Villa Rufolo is also a worthy attraction to visit. The location makes it ideal for hiking the Sentiero dei Limoni (Path of the Lemons) as it is only only a 40 mins walk to the start of the trail. Easy to access Amalfi by it regualr bus and shuttle service.

The views are absolutely stunning and the building and gardens are full of traditional old school Italian charm, the food and selection of wines was amazing, living up to it's Michelin recommendation. Some reviewers had mentioned the 10m walk to the hotel from the town of Ravello, we found this to be a very pleasant experience, a lovely walk through Ravello after lunch. There was a wedding on while we there, but this just added to the charm in our opinion.

Very kind owners, assisted with locating the hotel and carrying luggage, also gave recommendations for dining out. Generous sized room, very clean bathroom (and room service daily to refresh), tasty breakfast buffet to be enjoyed on the private balcony with a fantastic view overlooking Ravello. 40 minute walk to the beach (downhill), perhaps a bit longer back up due to the many steps! No faults, would highly recommend and visit again.

Ultra-cute, high quality, family-run hotel that makes you feel like you are part of the family.
It’s located on northern top of Ravello, surrounded by amazing nature and breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast.
Loved the steam shower, private fruit/vegetable garden, and most importantly the extremely warm and caring hospitality extended by all family members. Truly, very special. You definitely won’t regret booking here!

Such a wonderful location! The room is quite simple (studio with sea view) but we liked so much the placement (in the downtown of Ravello) and at the same time it is very quiet and peaceful. The Villa is next to the historical Villa Rufolo and the Rufolo hotel with a good terrace for quiet lunches out of tourists. Breathtaking view from any corner of villa, wonderful pool. We will definitely come back)

The location was so beautiful perched on the cliff and seaside! Beautiful views and the staff were honestly the best part- so helpful and friendly, above & beyond. I will for sure revisit this spot as well as let all my friends and family know if they visit Italy- they MUST come stay here and appreciate the beauty.
