CanadaOur group recently stayed at this beautiful, brand new location, and it was an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable, sleek and incredibly clean. What stood out the most was the outstanding service from the staff. When our vacation plans unexpectedly changed, they went above and beyond to help us find and book a hotel at our next destination. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the special little touches ( incl.slippers and a toothbrush!). Every day, they straightened and brought fresh towels. Most of all they had a 24 hr snack area in the common area stocked with everything you could desire such as sweets, a DeLonghi coffee maker with freshly ground beans (gotta get one!) and a tea kettle. This is going to be hard to top!

The hotel is located far from the city, but in a very quiet environment, in the heart of nature and wonderful views. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Large terrace overlooking the valley. Staff very friendly and helpful, we received complimentary tea when we arrived late in the evening. The restaurant is also modern and elegant. Breakfast with traditional Italian food was very tasty. The porch, swimming pool are and garden is beautiful and we can imagine it's wonderful to spend summerdays by the pool. We were a bit out of season so swimming pool was not open but we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly.
